Using butternut squash, we're preparing the ultimate meat-free Christmas centrepiece!
 
Thyme roasted butternut squash, La Vie smoked bacon rashers, mushroom duxelle, puff pastry.
 
We'll supply it frozen. Defrost overnight in the fridge, brush with your choice of milk and then bake in the oven until the pastry is golden!
